KreativEU Seeds Funding
The KreativEU Seed Funding Initiative, specifically devised for students, staff, researchers, and stakeholders to create new knowledge together, across countries and disciplines, provides for a much-needed financial framework for the development of cutting-edge and bottom-up research, artistic, entrepreneurial, technological, and societal projects, and for the launch of internal competitions for the best ideas/products/start-ups.
This proposal is fully consistent with the D6.2 KreativEU Seed Funding Initiative – Regulation, Version 1.0 | June 2025.
KreativEU Seeds Funding – Small Project Call „Entrepreneurship and Innovation in Eco-Cultural Heritage” aims to finance the best idea/product/start-up that focuses on entrepreneurship and innovation within the Eco-Cultural Heritage value chain.
Small projects can last up to 12 months, and the maximum funding grant is €15,000.00.
Priorities
- Interdisciplinary exploration of cultural heritage as a resource for innovation;
- Developing sustainable heritage-based business ideas;
- Linking cultural values with economic and social impact;
- Encouraging creative and responsible innovation and entrepreneurship.
KreativEU Seeds funding – Medium-scale Project Call „Critical Eco-Cultural Heritage Interdisciplinary Approaches” aims to finance the best idea/product/start-up that focuses on entrepreneurship and innovation by applying analytical tools to real heritage objects and strengthening critical thinking and research skills.
Medium-scale projects can last up to 12 months, and the maximum funding grant is € 30,000.00.
Priorities
- Methods for analyzing tangible and intangible heritage assets;
- Understanding historical, cultural, and symbolic value;
- Applying analytical tools to real heritage objects;
- Strengthening critical thinking and research skills.
The eco-cultural vision of the proposal must align with the assumed objectives of the KreativEU project and ensure that its initiatives not only embrace cultural and ecological interconnectedness but also leverage digital advancements to enhance the accessibility, dissemination, and understanding of cultural heritage.
